Hey, So basically i connected my samsung 2233rz to my notebook using a dual link dvi to displayport 1.2 cable. Whatever i do, i cant seem to get more than 60hz on any resolution. On my old desktop i got 120hz on 1280x1024 without problems. I know the gtx runs on optimus so i have to change everything in the intel control panel because i only have the nvidia 3d settings to my availability. My question is, is there really no way to get more than 60hz on an external lcd screen? Im using the 15.40 hd graphics driver. Is there some sort of tool or software update or even a workaround to bypass this problem? Ive been searching forums and the internet for days but nobody seems to be able to give an answer? Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References:- communities.intel.com/thread/122755Financial Planning videoThanks
